In general, most of our models are fully assembled and ready to be displayed (cars, motorbikes, ships, jewellery boxes and wall plaques). The wooden model car is mostly1:18 in scale. Some are 1:24 scale (all the sizes are listed in each product). The planes and helicopters need a little assembling (the propellers and stand to be place in its right place). The ships are all set up ready for display. They are not kits. We bubble wrap them inside the box as well as outside the box for safe delivery.
All of our models on our website are available in stock and ready for shipping.

Your order will be dispatched on next day or the same day (for orders before 12pm). It usually takes 1 or 2 days within the Sydney Metro area with Australian Post Registered mail).
Interstate purchase usually takes 2 to 4 days. Express post can be arranged upon request.
International orders have a flat rate of $40.00 worldwide. Usually takes 2 to 3 weeks Express Post.

At Amazing Hands, we only use hardwood to make our products. The type of wood varies from time to time depending on availability.
Occasionally things go wrong. We guarantee to fix the problem promptly. Please open the box and check your order upon the receipt to make sure everything is in good condition. If there’s a problem, please contact us upon inspection. We will get it right for you by a replacement, repair or refund.
